We will work with you to understand your situation and requirements, as well as the level of support required, and then send out an engineer to assist. This could be the same day or next day, or at a scheduled time most convenient for you.

It’s essentially the same thing. We offer either a one-off fixed cost, or we agree with you the minimum requirements to be delivered over the course of a period of time (typically a year). This means we can guarantee someone will be available when you need it.

Holiday cover can be booked in advance, whether on-site or remote, but emergency cover can also be accommodated at short notice for an open-ended period of time (e.g. for sickness, or while you hire the right person to fill a role).

Anything not covered by our ongoing managed IT services comes under “ad-hoc support”. While we provide a comprehensive service to customers who outsource their entire IT operations to us, we can also take this expertise and apply it to immediate issues or one-off requirements.
