Fitzrovia IT achieves Gold in Investors in People Accreditation.

On behalf of both myself and the team at Fitzrovia IT, I am thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in People, We invest in people, Gold accreditation.

This achievement is one in which we are extremely proud of, and one which we have consistently worked toward. Having attained an initial Investors in People standard accreditation three years ago, we are thrilled to have excelled and achieved Gold Accreditation, some three levels above the previous standard accreditation. Fitzrovia IT has joined a small group of organisations who recognise the value of their employees, with only 17% of accredited organisations achieving Gold Standard. At its crux, our Gold Accreditation shows that the right principles are in place within our business, and furthermore, that our team is actively making efforts to ensure we remain true to our guiding principles.

This assessment and accreditation are delivered by Investors in People, a community interest company, providing standards for people management. Our practitioner, Mike from Investors in People, had spent time assessing business practices, conducting interviews with staff and hosting group discussions. All of which have come to form the basis that has achieved our Gold Accreditation.

For several years, Fitzrovia IT has prided itself in facilitating a people-first culture, allowing our team members to grow within their role and the organisation. This journey was a great opportunity that allowed us to hear from the team and learn from what they said. From here, we’re constructing an action plan to further invest in the continued improvement of Fitzrovia IT. Together, we will empower our team, keep improving our service and keep providing industry-leading support for our clients.
