Fitzrovia IT is awarded the Investors In People Gold accreditation!

The Fitzrovia IT team is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in People Gold accreditation for the second time running, having maintained our Gold status since 2020! We’re also pleased to share that in our latest IIP audit we improved upon our Gold score - going from a benchmark score of 772/900 in 2020, to 810/900 in 2023 - continuing to grow and develop in line with our people.

As a people first employer, the Investors in People Gold accreditation is an outstanding demonstration of our commitment to the team. Our Gold ranking means that we’ve put in place the policies that matter. But more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice, takes ownership for making such policies come to life. With an average benchmark score of 739/900 for IT and computer services businesses, it was a welcome discovery to learn that our benchmark of 810/900 put us in the top tier of Gold accredited businesses! Meaning we're leading the way in developing our people within the IT and MSP world.
