Fitzrovia IT are looking to recruit a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding organisation. We are a Managed Service Provider administering professional IT solutions and support services to small and medium sized businesses around the world.
The successful applicant will provide smart, proactive support to its clients both remotely and on-site.
Experience Desired:
– Microsoft Desktop and Server OS
– Apple Mac OS
– Microsoft infrastructures and solutions
– Exchange Server/ Sharepoint /SQL Server
– Office 365
– Workstation/Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
– Hardware firewall and router configuration (including Cisco and Sonicwall)
– NAS and SAN exposure
– System and Networking monitoring
– Cloud and hosted technologies
– Virtualisation including VMware & Hyper V
– VoIP/PBX
– Mobile device support (iOS, Android, Blackberry)
Further Information:
– Excellent communicator
– Proven client service skills
– Ability to work under pressure
