Fitzrovia IT receives 3 accolades in the Best Companies Awards!

Following on from the exciting news that we recently achieved IIP Gold Status renewal, we’re now very proud to share that we’ve been recognised as a national and local best employer by Best Companies!

The whole team at Fitzrovia was pleased to be notified that we have gained recognition in 3 categories - ‘Top 25 Best Small Companies to work for in London’, ‘Top 50 Best Small Companies to work for in the UK’, and ‘Top 25 Best Companies to work for in the technology sector’. These awards show that Fitzrovia IT has been recognised for its approach to workplace engagement with a sought-after industry standard.

Since our first Best Companies successes we’ve taken our feedback seriously, rising up the ranks from ‘Top 30 Best Small Companies to work for in London’ and ‘Top 50 Best Small Companies to work for in the UK’ to where we are now. We’re extremely proud to be recognised for our proactive commitment to workplace excellence with our growing Best Companies accolades.

Over the past couple of years we’ve chosen to invest in our business in order to keep growing in line with our team. We’ve supported individual training in new technologies, invested in our accreditations (such as ISO’s 9001, 27001, 14001 and 45001, and Investors in People Gold), and explored new modes of working of working.

This year we specifically focused on areas highlighted by our team - namely hybrid working, more social events, and regular appraisals. Hybrid working has successfully created a collaborative working atmosphere, whilst the increased number of social and charity events has enabled us to bring people together. Regular appraisals and one to ones have allowed for effective communication, giving employees the chance to discuss training and development opportunities that will enable them to upskill and follow their career progression plans.
