You’d expect us to describe our services in glowing terms, so we thought we’d ask a client to share their experience of working with Fitzrovia IT. Helen Thomas of Soho-based advertising agency George and Dragon was happy to oblige.
George and Dragon originally got in touch with us to see if we could solve issues with their server. Helen explains: “We had various frustrations with IT – some of these issues happened daily and dragged on for months, for example we’d regularly find ourselves disconnected from our server.
