The annual SDI IT Service & Support Awards recognises the excellence of outstanding service desk teams and celebrates their success. This year Fitzrovia IT have been shortlisted for Best Service Desk of the Year 2016.

According to the judges the quality of submissions received this year was very high and they were impressed with all the entries they read. Fitzrovia IT impressed by demonstrating how we have embraced best practice processes to raise the quality of service delivery, engaged with our clients to create an inspiring and engaging service experience that meets their needs and empowered and invested in our team to be inspired, take action and be better together. We were also able to demonstrate how we deliver exceptional business value.
We are really proud of the accreditations we have worked hard towards and achieved, including the ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Systems and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management. We are also Investors in People, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees.
